Milwaukee Bucks guard Luke Ridnour will miss about four weeks with a broken right thumb, said the National Basketball Association team on Friday.
Ridnour was hurt during Thursday's practice at the Bucks Training Center, just hours after the team traded point guard Tyronn Lue to Orlando for shooting guard Keith Bogans.
The 27-year-old has appeared in 49 games this season, averaging10.7 points, 5.7 assists and 1.4 steals.
The Bucks were already without leading scorer Michael Redd for the rest of the season due to torn ligaments in his left knee, and Australian center Andrew Bogut for at least eight weeks with a stress fracture in his back.
