Barcelo was commissioned by Fundacion ONUART on the sixtieth anniversary of the Universal Decloration of Human Rights to undertake the most extensive work of art in the history of the United Nations at the venue for the Human Rights Council which will be inaugurated on November 18, 2008 by UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon.
