Bushes pose for photo with the fastest swimmer
US president Goerge W. Bushes and the US first lady Laura Bush congratulate Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte after they got a gold and bronze medal respectively in the swimming 400m medley final. Phelps also shattered the world with a with 4 minutes 3.84 seconds finish.
