Afghan police seized the explosive materials in Herat province, Afghanistan, June 28, 2011. Police in Herat province, some 640 km west of capital city Kabul intercepted a truck and found over 4,000kg explosive materials on Tuesday, provincial police chief Seyd Agha Saqib said. [Xinhua/Sardar]
