Farmers at Tangdan town in Kunming city, southwest China's Yunnan Province, have to throw away some of their onions on Monday, May 23, 2011, although they have a good harvest this year. Onion prices have been tumbling since April, and local farmers have been unable to sell 5,000 tonnes of onions harvested from 1,000 mu of land. [Photo: sohu.com]
