Two people drowned and two are still missing after tides surging up over a levee swept them into Qiantang River in Hangzhou, east China's Zhejiang Province, October 10, 2010. The levee on the Qiantang River mouth in Zhejiang province is well known for its huge tides, which reached as high as 3.5 meters (11.5 feet) in the past. [CFP]
