Photo taken on Sept. 29, 2010 shows scientists examine an automatic meteorological station in Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Xichang, southwest China's Sichuan Province. China will launch its second lunar probe, Chang'e II, at an appropriate time between Oct. 1 and 3, the Xichang Satellite Launch Center announced Wednesday.
