The Loess Plateau is the world's largest loess region with an area of 540,000 square kilometers. It ranges from the Qilian Mountains in the west, to the Taihang Mountains in the east, and from the Great Wall in the north, to the Qinling Mountains in the south. The Yellow River, China's second-largest river, passes through the Loess Plateau. You can drift on a raft along the Yellow River to view the plateau.
