An Indian migrant child laborer works at a brick kiln in Brakpora Anantnag, some 65 kilometers south of Srinagar, summer capital of Indian-controlled Kashmir, Oct. 16, 2009. India has banned the child labor under the age of 14 with the enactment of Child Labor Prevention and Regulation Act (CLPRA) in 2000, but there are still 13 million Indian children engaged in labor, which child rights activists consider "unacceptable".
