The Women's Shot Put - F42-46 Final of the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games took place at the National Stadium, also known as the Bird's Nest, on Tuesday, September 9.

China's Zheng Baozhu claimed the title of the event with a result of 10.06 meters and China's Zhong Yongyuan took the silver medal with a result of 9.80 meters.
