The Women's 50m Backstroke S5 final of the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games took place at the National Aquatics Center in Beijing, Sept. 8, 2008. Bela Hlavackova of Czech Republic set a new paralympic record and won the gold medal of the event with 41.03 seconds.
