Paralympic torch relay in Dalian concludes

Jing Rui, the last torchbearer, reached Forest Park to light the cauldron at about 10:20 a.m., marking the end of the Torch Relay in Dalian, northeast China's Liaoning Province. Dalian was the last stop on the "Modern China" route of the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Torch Relay.

A total of 70 torchbearers took part in the relay, which covered 3.8 kilometers.

The Torch Relay will continue on Thursday in Luoyang, the fifth and last stop on the "Ancient China" route.
