Cuban runner Henry Jaen and Jaylen Garcia won on Sunday the 32nd International Marathon of Panama City, where more than 1,000 sportsmen competed.
Jane won the men's category with a time of 2:29:10, and successfully defended his title.
The second place was for Colombian Victor Hugo Ocampo, with a time of 2:30:52, followed by Peruvian Florencio Machacuay 2:31:51 hrs, who won the race on 2006.
On women's category, Garcia won with a time of 2:51:25 and the second place was for Mexican Isabel Orellana with a time of 2:38:08, followed by Peruvian Juliana Rivera 3:17:24.
Athletes from 25 countries competed in the marathon including sportsmen from Africa, Colombia, Cuba, Peru, and Colombia.
