Notting Hill Carnival draws tens of thousands in London

The Notting Hill carnival is held in London, the host city of the next summer Olympic Games, Aug. 24, 2008. The carnival with its theme of "welcome the world " showcases London's culture with diversity to hold the Olympics in 2012.[Xinhua]
