MSF programme in Myanmar
Adjust font size:

The cyclone Nargis devastated Myanmar's Irrawaddy Delta, leaving estimated 130,000 people dead or missing and altering the region immeasurably in May. In the heavily hit Bogaley, MSF distributed food and provided medical care to the people. The medical staff is giving ready-to-use food to a malnourished child. RUF is a blended paste made out of peanuts, milk powder, sugar and vegetable fats, and each individually wrapped sachet contains all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals that young children need.
