The XVIII FIT World Congress will be composed of four plenary sessions with keynote speakers and some 60 parallel sessions, 90 minutes each.

Apart from abstracts submitted from individuals, the Congress has also received a number of session proposals from various international and domestic organizations and institutions. The Congress Organizing Committee reviews all session proposals and then issues a Letter of Authorization to qualified session organizers.

Session organizers will be responsible for promoting the session as well as the Congress, receiving and reviewing abstracts within their subject fields, and recommend speakers and moderators for final review by the Congress Organizing Committee.

Abstracts received by the Secretariat of the Congress Organizing Committee directly will be grouped into different topical sessions if accepted or referred to appropriate session organizers.

Final decision on acceptance or rejection of an abstract rest with the Congress Organizing Committee and all letters of acceptance or rejection will be sent out from the Congress Organizing Committee.
