Adjust font size:

India's Suzlon Energy Limited, the world's sixth largest wind turbine manufacturer, has recently settled in Tianjin Huayuan Industrial Park, a sub-park of the Tianjin High-Tech Industry Park.

Suzlon plans to build seven plants, technology center and maintenance center in the park, involving about US$100 million of investment, according to Tianjin High-Tech Industry Park.

The projects are expected to produce several billion yuan of output value annually. It has become the largest investment project of India in China so far, according to the park.

Suzlon, established in 1994, is the largest windmill generator producer in Asia. Its wind turbine general assembly plant and part and components production plant are all located in India. Its sales and research and development centers are located in Europe.
