On July 26, 2007, Chinese and American runners from the Special Olympics torch rally team gathered in front of the Capitol Hill. Li Yuyun and Lv Yingjie, who both are law enforcement officials of Shanghai World Summer Special Olympics and policewomen of China, were handing over the torch to Qiao Meili, a representative of Chinese Special Olympics athletes. |
