Madagascar's opposition leader Andry Rajoelina has ordered the arrest of President Marc Ravalomanana on Monday.

Rajoelina, who claimed he had controlled the military, was speaking at a an-government gathering at the May 13 Square, the city center of capital Antananarivo.
