At least five people were killed and 10 others injured in a traffic accident in northern Argentina, local media reported Saturday.
A passenger vehicle and a truck collided head-on in Rosario, the largest city in Santa Fe province, 300 km northwest of Buenos Aires, killing the driver of the passenger vehicle and four passengers, including a 7-month-old baby.
The injured have been sent to nearby hospitals. Two of them were in critical condition.
The cause of accident is still under investigation, and the police blamed the mishap on mechanical failure or human error.
