The head of Hezbollah's parliamentary bloc Mohammed Raad said Saturday that the Israeli aggression on Gaza would reignite the hatred of the Arabs and Muslims to the US administration, the party's al-Manar TV reported.
Speaking to tens of thousands of supporters who were protesting against the Israeli aggression on Gaza in the southern Lebanon town of Nabatieh, Raad said the U.S. administration allowed the bloodshed in Gaza and supported the Israelis.
"The Israeli invasion of Gaza will reaffirm once again the hatred of the Arab and Muslim people to the U.S. administration which allows the bloodshed and supports the Israeli enemy," Raad said.
As the protestors were chanting "death to Israel, death to America," Raad said "We are ready to face any Israeli stupidity."
Hezbollah has been organizing protests and rallies in support of the Palestinians in Gaza since the beginning of the Israeli aggression.
So far, the death toll of Palestinians since the beginning of the Israeli military offensive on Gaza on Dec. 27 has risen to 824, and more than 3,500 were wounded.
