Chilean President arrives in Beijing to continue China tour

Chilean President Michelle Bachelet Jeria arrived in Beijing on Sunday, continuing her five-day state visit to China.

Bachelet has just attended this year's annual meeting of the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) held in Sanya City and met with Chinese President Hu Jintao.

While in Beijing, Bachelet is to meet with Chinese top legislator Wu Bangguo and premier Wen Jiabao, and attend China-Chilean Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum.

Bachelet is scheduled to leave Beijing for Shanghai on Monday.
