Grenada Reaffirms Adherence to One-China Policy
Adjust font size:

Grenada will firmly support the one-China policy and there is only one China in the world, said visiting Grenadian Minister of State Einstein Louison in Beijing Tuesday.

Louison made the remarks in talks with Defense Minister Cao Gangchuan.

Cao briefed the guests with China's stance and principles on the Taiwan issue as well as the peaceful development path that China pursues.

Speaking highly of the good development momentum of China-Grenada relations in recent years, Cao said China values the defense cooperation with Grenada and takes a positive attitude towards expanding it.

He said China is willing to work with Grenada to promote a stable and sound development of defense relations, and contribute to bilateral relations.

Louison expressed gratitude for China's support to Grenada's national and economic construction, and the willingness to further enhance cooperation with China on national defense.

Louison is paying an official goodwill visit to China as of July 16 as Cao's guest.
