A senior official of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in
charge of discipline inspection met with his Vietnamese counterpart
in Beijing Monday, pledging to strengthen bilateral cooperation in
supervision and anti-corruption.
He Yong, deputy secretary of the Central Commission for
Discipline Inspection of the CPC, said he hoped the discipline
inspection organs of the two parties can strengthen cooperation and
exchanges, learn from each other's experiences, so as to help the
two parties and the two countries fight against corruption more
effectively.
He made the remarks when meeting with a visiting delegation from
the Control Commission of the Central Committee of the Communist
Party of Vietnam (CPV), led by administrative vice chairperson
Nguyen Thi Doan.
He also briefed the guests on China's efforts and achievements
in anti-corruption, reform and opening up, and economic
development.
Doan said she is willing to continue to enhance cooperation and
exchanges between the Control Commission of the CPV Central
Committee and the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of
the CPC.
The delegation came to China at the invitation of the Central
Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC.
