Chinese, Australian FMs Meet

Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing in Canberra Monday met with his Australian counterpart Alexender Downer.

 

The two sides agreed to enhance consultation and cooperation between the two foreign ministries for the implementation of the consensus reached by the state leaders of the two countries for building up the China-Australia all-round cooperative ties featuring mutual benefits and win-win outcome.

 

The two foreign ministers also exchanged views on global and regional situation.

 

Li is here to accompany Premier Wen Jiabao on an official visit to Australia.
