Adjust font size:

China is ready to further cooperation with Morocco in a bid to develop bilateral ties, said a senior official of the Communist Party of China (CPC) on Tuesday.

Wang Jiarui, head of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, made the remarks in a meeting with a delegation from the Independence Party of Morocco.

The Morocco delegation, led by Abdelhaq Tazi, chief of the parliamentary group and member of the executive committee of the Independence Party, arrived in China's economic hub of Shanghai last Friday to start a five-day visit to China at the invitation of the CPC.

Wang spoke highly of the healthy and stable development of the China-Morocco relations during the meeting.

Expressing satisfaction at the current situation of Morocco-China relations, Tazi said the Independence Party of Morocco is keen to learn from China's experience in peaceful development and explore new channel of cooperation.
