Macao reported 34 newly confirmed cases of Influenza A/H1N1 on Wednesday, bringing the total number of such cases to 741 so far.

The newly confirmed cases comprised 15 female patients and 19 male patients whose ages ranged from two to 55, Macao's Health Bureau said.

Meanwhile, statistics from the bureau showed that some 15 patients who tested positive for the A/H1N1 influenza virus were still receiving medical treatments at local hospitals, but their health conditions, except for one seriously ill patient, remained stable.
