Hong Kong confirmed 162 new cases of Influenza A/H1N1 Sunday, bringing to 4,066 the total number of the cases in the city, local health authorities said.
A spokesman for the Department of Health said that the new cases involve 85 males and 77 females, aged between five months and 76 years.
Currently, a total of 50 confirmed cases are staying in public hospitals for treatment. Among them, 45 cases are in stable condition, one in serious and four in critical condition.
