Canadian health authorities reported three new A/H1N1 flu deaths on Monday, bringing the toll in the country to 36.
Each of Canada's three prairie provinces, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta, recorded one death on Monday, health officials said.
All the three dead, one minor and two adults, were also suffering from other health problems.
As of 3 July, a total of 8,883 laboratory-confirmed cases of the A/H1N1, have been reported in Canada from all provinces and territories, according to the the Public Health Agency of Canada.
