Recipe for champignon and chicken soup

Ingredients: 12 dried champignons, a chicken and two slices of ginger

Method: 1. Wash and chop the chicken into big pieces and soak the champignons until soft.

2. Cook the ingredients in water on a high heat for 20 minutes, then simmer for another 30 minutes.

3. Add salt to season.
