A recent survey on the life quality of Chinese urbanites shows
that people in Changsha are most satisfied with their life quality.
People in Changsha give the highest mark to their life quality and
their living conditions. Changsha women are also most satisfied
with their sex life, the Xiaoxiang Morning News
reported.
On the request of the Good Housewife magazine, the
Huakun Women's Life Survey Center conducted the survey among the
magazine's readers in 16 cities across China.
The survey shows that nearly one-third of the people interviewed
are "very satisfied" with their sex life, while 7.6% of the women
feel "dissatisfied" in this aspect.
About 30.9% of the people attribute their reduced sex life
quality to "heavy work pressure."
The survey also shows that Changsha housewives are most
satisfied with their sex life, while housewives in Hangzhou and
Beijing give relatively low marks in this aspect.
Nearly half of the respondents regard extramarital affairs as
the biggest enemy in marriage life, while 21% say the biggest
threat comes from "a boring relationship between husband and
wife."
In spite of the big changes taking place in society, Chinese
people's criterion for a happy family has not changed much. In the
survey, people still pick "health", "a happy family relationship"
and "being affluent" as the top three important things for a
high-quality family life.
