Adjust font size:
No medical workers in Beijing have been infected by severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) since May 7, said Gao Qiang, executive vice-minister of health, at a press conference in Beijing Friday.

Gao said medical workers treating SARS patients will rest for a period after working for two weeks.

They usually rest in rented hotels, Gao said.
