The series China Thoughts comprehensively introduces traditional Chinese culture through topics of history, philosophy, religion, economy, science and literature. The contents of the books, which are written by authoritative experts in the related fields and are translated by professional translators, represent the highest academic level in China.
The series of books provide Chinese voices about culture and academic research and serve as a bridge between China and the world.
The series includes three sets of books. The first part was published in 2008, including An Outline History of China, History of Chinese Ancient Philosophy, Selected Philosophical Writings of Feng Yulan and An Intellectual History of China. The second part includes nine books published this year, which will be displayed at the Frankfurt Book Fair. The last part is to be published in 2010.
