The tombstone, with an exterior solar-powered display panel and an interior sound box, can have MV files offered by relatives of the deceased input into its 2G sensor momory, and play any favourite songs from the MV files for the departed whenever the relatives go sweeping tomb for their beloved.
At a price of 18,000 yuan ($2,630), the unique digital-MV-player-backed tombstone has attracted the attention of many fair attendees.
The fair also features biodegradable urns made of animal gelatin and sand that disintegrates into the soil with the ashes they contain after they are buried underground for three months.
The funeral fair runs from August 18 to 20.
