Xie Zhenhua, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Committee (NDRC), said China has already held two training sessions before the Durban climate talks. Participants of the training program came from over 30 different developing countries.
In addition, Xie said China will also provide developing countries with supports in adapting to climate change, developing renewable energy and related technologies.
Xie emphasized that all these supports have no conditions attached. He said China will provide assistances to countries through the South-South Cooperation.
