A Maldives Oxfam climate activist staged an underwater protest at the UN Climate Summit on Dec.7. In a recreation of a Maldives flood scene the activist was submerged in water in a 3m high perspex tube.The installation – a powerful reminder of the human cost of failure in Copenhagen was situated in the Bella Centre as the final round of negotiations on a global deal begins.
