Heavy snow disrupts traffic in NE China

Vehicles are stranded at the entrance of the Harbin-Mudanjiang highway in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, Nov. 12, 2010. The highway, shut down due to the heavy snow from late Thursday, was reopened to small vehicles at the noon of Friday. The provincial meteorologicial department issued a blue warning signal of snow on late Thursday.
