Chinese mainland pop singer Pu Shu
If all goes well, after four years of silence, the Chinese mainland pop singer Pu Shu will release a new song before May, according to the singer's agent company, Taihe Rye Music.
The singer is presently busy preparing the new song.
But the founder and President of Taihe Rye Music, Songke has even greater expectations for Pushu. He says in addition to a release concert for the new song, he also expects Pushu to take on a film project.
Pu Shu first gained fame in China in 1999 with the release of his first album I'm Marching Towards the Year 2000. His song The Birch Forest especially brought Pu Shu's name into the spotlight.
After the release of his second album Live Like the Summer Flower, Pu Shu released no new work for four years, although his previous songs continue to be played on Chinese radio stations.
