Chinese piano star Lang Lang's world university tour will kick
off in China at Peking University Hall on April 18.
One of the hottest pianists in the world, the 24-year-old
pianist is the first Chinese pianist who has maintaiend long-time
collaboration with five world top orchestras and concert halls.
Lang Lang was invited to be the guest professor at five music
colleges in China, including the Central Conservatory of Music and
Shanghai Conservatory of Music.
On this occasion, Lang Lang will be appointed to be the art
director of Peking University Student Art Troupe.
Three students from Peking University, Tsinghua University and
Renmin University of China will have the opportunity to be coached
by Lang Lang on their piano skills and perform at a lecture hosted
by Peking University.
The pianist will also communicate with students attending the
lecture.
