Argentina Promotes Tourism in China

Argentine President Nestor Kirchner said in Beijing on Monday that his country will simplify related visa procedures, in order to attract more Chinese tourists.

He said at a China-Argentina tourism summit that since the two nations established diplomatic relations, cooperation developed in many areas. He said the tourism aspect still needs more endeavors from both nations and he invited Chinese people to visit his nation.

Representatives from 20 Argentine travel agencies exchanged views with Chinese counterparts, in hopes of taking a share of the growing Chinese outbound tourists.
