Taiwan has become the destination of choice for newlyweds to take bridal photos, attracting a large number of tourists from Hong Kong and Japan, reports China News Service.

Couples choose to have their photo taken in Taiwan because of their low cost -- usually half the price couples pay in Japan and Hong Kong -- and high quality. Some tour groups go straight to the bridal photo studios upon their arrival.

Many photo studios have a staff capable of communicating in Japanese, Cantonese and English.
