The Hong Kong Winter Fest has been launched on Thursday night aiming to attract millions of visitors with a variety of promotional events. 

Highlights include the World Carnival, the 38th Hong Kong Products Expo and the Hong Kong Jockey Club's international horse races.

The Hong Kong Winter Fest is the fourth large-scale event organized as part of Hong Kong's activity to boost tourism.
