Entertainment Venues Resume Operation in Anhui Province
All entertainment venues of the east China's Anhui Province have resumed their business operation after a more than one month-long business suspension for fear of SARS spread.

The province had announced a ban on the entertainment operation in April when the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndromes (SARS) epidemic situation was in the most severe period.

In late May, 17 cities of the province mobilized a joint inspection by the cultural, public security and industrial and commerce departments over the province's all entertainment venues and granted new business operation permissions to those who meet the disinfection and security requirements.

Since May 22, the province's public dancing halls and Internet bars have gradually opened to the public.
