Tourism Malaysia has appointed Mr Razali Mohd Daud its new deputy director, taking over from Mr Mirza Mohammad Taiyab who is now director-general.
Mr Razali, who has 32 years of industry experience, will be heading the teams in promoting domestic and international tourism, as well as intensifying the promotion of Malaysia as a MICE (meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions) destination.
He will be responsible for planning and carrying out the NTO's domestic, international and regional advertising campaigns, and will oversee six key divisions, namely International Promotion, Advertising, Domestic Promotion, Convention, Communications and Marketing Support Services.
