The second Beijing-Macao air route is slated to be launched on Oct. 29, according to a press release issued by the Hainan Airlines in Macao on Thursday.
The release said the mainland air company plans to operate one flight every day between the two cities, using Boeing 737-800 aircraft on the route.
The flight will take off from Beijing at 9 a.m. (0100 GMT) and arrive in Macao at 12 a.m. (0400 GMT). The return flight will take off from Macao at 1 p.m. (0500 GMT) and touch down in Beijing at 4 p.m. (0800 GMT).
Air Macao is presently the only air company serving the route linking Macao and Beijing.
