From June 30, the Changchun-Shenyang-Xi'an train line will run all the way to Lanzhou, the capital of northwest China's Gansu Province.
The Shenyang Railway Administration in northeast China planned the extension of the old line.
A one way ride will take 38 hours and 48 minutes, stopping at around 30 stations and passing through Jilin, Liaoning, Tianjin, Hebei, Henan, Shaanxi and Gansu.
The train will depart from Changchun Railway Station at 8:07am, stop over in Xi'an at 2:07pm the next day and arrive in Lanzhou at 10:55pm.
