Two Malaysian Tourists Die in Highway Accident

Three people were killed and 23 more injured as a bus with Chinese and foreign passengers aboard including 23 tourists from Malaysia overturned on Monday in Hezhou, a city in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, south China.

 

The tragedy happened near the Gupo Mountain Scenic Zone in Hezhou City around 11 a.m.. Two of the killed were identified as Malaysians, sources from the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous Regional Bureau of Work Safety said.

 

All the injured are now hospitalized.

 

Cause of the accident is under further investigation.
