Weekly Weather Forecast (February 13 to 19)

Northwest China: February 13: affected by streams of cold air, eastern sections will receive light to moderate snow or sleet. Skies will be cloudy after the cold front passes. February 14 to 15: most of the region will be sunny to cloudy with force 3 to 4 northerly winds and low temperatures. February 16: most parts will enjoy sunny skies with higher temperatures. February 17 to 18: northern Xinjiang, southern Qinghai and southern Gansu will be overcast with light snow. February 19: Light snow is expected for northern and western Xinjiang, while the rest of the region should be sunny, with some cloud.

 

North China: February 13 to 14: most parts will have light to moderate snow or sleet, with cloudy skies and force 3 to 4 northerly winds. February 15 to 18: northernmost parts will be cloudy and partly overcast with light snow in some areas, while central and southern parts will be cloudy to sunny with warmer weather and possible morning fog. February 19: most of the region will be sunny to cloudy.

 

Northeast China: February 13: most of the region will have light to moderate snowfall, but heavy snow is expected in some of the northernmost parts. February 14: the region will see cloudy to sunny skies with force 4 to 5 northerly winds and lower temperatures. February 15: most of the region will be cloudy with the possibility of light snowfall. February 16 to 18: most of the region will be sunny to cloudy with higher temperatures. February 19: easternmost sections will be overcast with light snowfall.

 

Central China: February 13: central and northern parts will have light to moderate rain or sleet with heavy rainfall expected in some areas, while southern parts will be overcast with light rainfall. February 14: northern parts will be cloudy and partly sunny, while light to moderate rain is forecast in central and southern areas. February 15 to 16: most of the region will be sunny to cloudy with morning fog. February 17: most parts will continue to have morning fogs, the northern parts can expect cloudy skies, and central and southern areas should expect showers. February 18 to 19: most of the region will be sunny to cloudy.

 

East China: February 13: central and northern parts should have light to moderate rain or snow. February 14 to 15: northern parts will be cloudy to sunny while central and southern parts can expect light to moderate rainfall with heavy rain forecast for some areas. February 16 to 19: most of the region will be cloudy and partly sunny with possible morning fog.

 

South China: February 13 to 14: most of the region can expect showers. February 15: most sections will have light to moderate rain with heavy rain expected in some areas. February 16: northern sections will be cloudy with morning fog while southern sections will be overcast with light rainfall. February 17 to 19: most of the region will be cloudy, while western sections will see overcast skies and light rainfall.

 

Southwest China: February 13 to 14: eastern sections of the region will have light rain with moderate rainfall expected in some areas. February 15 to 16: eastern parts will be cloudy to overcast with morning fog in the Sichuan Basin. February 17 to 18: eastern sections will be overcast with light rainfall while morning fog is forecast for the Sichuan Basin. February 19: central and eastern sections can expect light to moderate rain or snow, with heavy rain or snow forecast for some places.
