China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Brazil have signed an agreement offering travelers from both destinations 90-day visa-free visits.
Director of Immigration of the HKSAR government Lai Tung-kwok said on Friday that the agreement, which will come into effect soon, will promote trade, business and tourism.
It brings the total number of countries and territories granting visa-free access to HKSAR passport holders to 135, the government said.
