Weather Weekly Forecast (Mar. 7 to 13)

Northwest China: Affected by streams of cold air, from March 7 to 8 northern Xinjiang will receive light to moderate snowfall with force 5 to 6 northerly winds, rising to force 7 to 8 in mountain passes. March 8 to 10, some eastern sections of the region will be overcast with light to moderate snow accompanied by force 4 to 6 northerly winds. Sandstorms may appear in some areas. March 11 to 13, eastern sections of the region will be sunny to cloudy. March 12 to 13, western and northern Xinjiang will receive light snowfall.

 

North China: March 8 to 10, affected by cold and warm air streams, most of the region will have light to moderate snowfall followed by force 4 to 6 northerly winds and lower temperatures. March 11 to 13, most of the region will be under sunny to cloudy skies.

 

Northeast China: March 7 to 8, northernmost and easternmost parts of the region will feel force 4 to 5 northerly winds. From the night of March 8 through March 10, most of the region will experience light to moderate snow with force 4 to 6 northerly winds and colder temperatures. Skies will be sunny to cloudy over the region during the latter half of the week.

 

Central China: March 8 to 11, cold and warm air streams will bring light to moderate rain or snowfall to most of the region, with heavy rain expected in some places. Areas north of the Yangtze River will have force 4 to 6 northerly winds after wet days end. Most of the region will be sunny to cloudy during the latter half of the week.

 

East China: March 7 to 8, most of the region will be under sunny to cloudy skies. March 9 to 11, streams of both cold and warm air will bring light to moderate snow or rainfall to most of the region, with heavy rain possible in some areas, accompanied by force 4 to 6 northerly winds. During the latter half of the week, southern portions of the east will be overcast with light rainfall, while central and northern portions will be cloudy to sunny.

 

South China: March 7 to 9, western segments of the region will be overcast with light rainfall. March 10 to 12, most of the region will receive light to moderate rainfall with heavy rain expected in some areas. March 13, southernmost segments will be overcast with light rain.

 

Southwest China: March 7 to 8, some of eastern sections of the region will be overcast with light rain. March 9 to 11, most of the region will have light to moderate rain or snowfall. March 12 to 13, southeastern sections of the region will continue to be overcast with possible light rainfall.
